Online Therapy

What is Online Therapy?

I have completed the General Certificate in Online Counselling and Psychotherapy at the Academy of Online Counselling and Psychotherapy with a distinction.

Online Therapy offers you, the client, the same level of support and confidentiality as you would have in a face to face session.

Instead of meeting at my office, we would have your session online via Zoom.

Online Therapy offer solutions to some of the challenges associated with getting to a counselling session.

Who may benefit from on-line therapy?

Young people who enjoy using electronic media and all the advantages it offer.

Business people who travels regularly, or has very busy schedules.

People who experience difficulty keeping appointments during business hours.

Rural residents in remote areas who do not have access to counselling services.

Expats and people living abroad who wishes to receive counselling from a therapist from their country of birth.
